Komunikazio egoera horietako edozeini aurre egiteko prozedura jakin bat proposatzen dizut hemen: zer egin behar duzun eta zer ez, nondik hasi eta nola jarraitu, nola antolatu, zeri arreta eman eta zeri ez...
